Paper Submission Instructions
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers (4-6 pages) including results, tables, figures and references.
Full papers will be accepted only by online submission.
- Paper template: A paper MUST follow the IEEE Paper Template. Choose A4 size paper. Download the paper template: MSWord.
- Author Blind Submission: For initial submission, do not include author(s) name and affiliation(s). See the sample here.
- Page limit: Manuscript must be within 6 pages in length. 100 USD is required for each additional page.
- File size: Not more than 2MB. For any uploading problem, please contact us.
- Before submission: Before submitting your paper, please read the Dual Submission and Plagiarism Policy carefuly.
- Paper submission: Submit your paper (pdf version only) through PROCONF using the following link.
